- We may modify, manage, control or eliminate Coins at any time
- Coins do not constitute property and are not transferable
- You have no ownership rights in Coins
2.2 Purchases
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly provided in these Terms. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their payment terms and refund policies apply to your purchases.
2.3 Power-Ups and Items
The Service offers various power-ups and items that can be purchased with Coins, including:
- Extra Lives
- Double XP Boosters
- Skip Question
- 50/50 Help
- Hints
These items are for personal, non-commercial use only within the Service.
3. User Content and Conduct
3.1 Multiplayer Features
The Service includes multiplayer features where you can interact with other users. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 Username and Profile
You are responsible for your username and profile information. We reserve the right to remove or modify usernames or profiles that we deem inappropriate or offensive.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NovaTech Play. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Rankings and Leaderboards
We reserve the right to:
- Remove or reset scores that we believe were achieved through cheating or exploitation
- Ban users from rankings for violations of these Terms
- Modify or discontinue rankings at any time
6. Advertisements
The Service may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the practices of advertisers.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NovaTech Play be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your content

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
