Beyond his role as a prophet, what does the book of Jonah suggest about God's character through Jonah's reluctance to preach repentance to Nineveh?

A God's justice is limited to the nation of Israel, and He is indifferent to the fate of other nations. B God's mercy and compassion extend to all people, even those considered enemies, challenging narrow nationalistic views. C God's primary concern is with punishing wickedness, regardless of repentance. D God uses prophets primarily to condemn and judge, not to offer opportunities for redemption.
