Beyond his role as a prophet, what does the book of Jonah subtly reveal about God's character, particularly in relation to those considered enemies of Israel?

A God's justice is primarily focused on punishing the wicked, regardless of their repentance. B God's concern extends to all people, even those outside the covenant, demonstrating a universal desire for repentance and salvation. C God's power is limited by the free will of individuals and nations. D God's prophetic pronouncements are always conditional and subject to change based on human behavior.
