In the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14-30), what does the master's expectation of his servants reveal about God's view of human potential and responsibility?

A God expects all people to achieve the same level of success, regardless of their abilities. B God judges people based on their inherent worth, not on their actions. C God expects individuals to utilize their unique gifts and abilities to the best of their capacity, and holds them accountable for their stewardship. D God favors those who are naturally gifted and punishes those who are less fortunate.
