According to the Book of Daniel, what is the interpretation of the 'writing on the wall' (Mene, Mene, Tekel, Parsin) that appeared during Belshazzar's feast?

A The kingdom will prosper through wisdom and knowledge. B Belshazzar's reign is blessed and will continue for many years. C God has numbered Belshazzar's kingdom and finished it; he has been weighed in the balances and found wanting; his kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians. D A great famine will strike the land, but Belshazzar will be spared.
